Sencha Karigane (200g/7.05oz)

Review I can't get enough of this one! It has it's own distinctive character: more gentle than sencha, sweeter, softer but with a real purity of flavour, & that hibiki-an freshness we all know and love. So don't see it as a cheap sencha substitute, or lump it in with run of the mill kukicha; instead, compare it to teas like Yin Zhen (silver needle): different tastes, I know, but both essentially mild, gently sweet, subtly complex, elegant styles - perfect contemplation teas for the evening. Given the price of decent Yin Zhen, hibiki-an's Sencha Karigane is a steal. One thing I am wondering about is the recommended brewing temperature? It seems quite forgiving to me, but I'd like to know what hibiki-an advise.
