I bought Shincha Fukamushi and Shincha Aote last year. Both are very good, but my favorite is Shincha Fukamushi for the sweeter taste and greener color. This year I preordered 3 of them as I do not want to run out! ^_^

It is a wonderful surprise to find a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness with subtlety of miso and nori.
