Farmers' Shincha 2018 Its sweet freshness combined with a gentle astringency make me think of what it might be like to walk amongst the tea bushes in the early morning. Because of its excellent quality, we can enjoy three infusions with a single small scoop of these leaves. With each infusion the flavour is more subtle. It is wonderful to be able to begin the day with this beautifully simple tea. Highly recommended. |
