After some years, it is a pleasure for me to return to this fine matcha, with its quiet, mellow flavour, which is beautifully balanced by a subtle, lingering astringency. This excellent matcha comes together with Hibiki-an excellent customer service.

The 2021 Competition Grade Matcha Pinnacle has a fresh green colour and whisks beautifully to be smooth, soft and mellow, with not even the slightest hint of astringency. It is perfect. Many thanks to the farmer and to Hibiki-an for this most delightful matcha.

I am enjoying this season's Kuradashi Matcha very much. It is soft and smooth with a full, satisfying flavour and no bitterness, certainly deserving the description, Pinnacle.

This organic matcha has a clean, fresh and satisfying flavour. It is finely ground and whisks easily for a beautifully soft, smooth finish.
