First, my gratitude to Hibiki-an for the quick shipping and very nice and secure packaging! Shincha Fukamushi is one of my favorite Japanese green teas. Very mellow, naturally sweet, refreshing, long aftertaste, distinct smell, beautiful gentle color - love it! I make the second brew a shorter one, than suggested (around 20-25 sec). It keeps all the above qualities of the tea alive. Also, do not forget to leave the teapot open between the brews - to stop the leaves from continue brewing. Great tea for Fukamushi lovers and not only! Highly recommend!  |
