Review This year's Sincha from Hibiki-an is simply superb. We started to drink it while in Japan earlier this month and have enjoyed it both hot and cold over the past two weeks.

Sincha is always a treat but the 2012 crop seems (to my taste) to be especially flavorful with just enough bitterness to give it that Sencha punch while it producing a mellow aftertaste in the mouth after swallowing. The aroma is wonderful and strong.

This is likely the best Sincha crop in the past several years.
