|Review||I've had a go at this, but adapted the recipe somewhat. Instead of using double cream, I used Quark (virtually fat free soft cheese - 500g, though a bit less would work okay) for the filling, and whisked the Quark with some vanilla extract before using as the filling - this provides a tasty roll that is very low in fat and very healthy as well. If I did this again, I would make more sponge/dough mix, as I did not quite have enough for my roll pan size, and would make sure that I oil the greaseproof parchment first. Still, I am more than happy with the result.|
