Organic Gyokuro (100g/3.53oz)

Review This is a great Gyokuro. I use a clay teapot and a Thermapen to get the temperature exact every time. This is how I brew it:
1st brew - 120 degrees Fahrenheit, 1 minute
2nd brew - 120 degrees Fahrenheit, 5 seconds
3rd brew - 130 degrees Fahrenheit, 30 seconds
