| Review | I love mochi but the ones I have been having do not compare to this one. It's soft and delicate with just the right proportion of rice cake to jam filling. I also love the red bean jam. Perfect with the green tea. Brings me back to Japan. Will definitely visit Hibiki-an when Japan tourism opens! |
