I have enjoyed various Hibiki-An teas over the years but this is my first time trying Houjicha and I'm so glad I did. This tea has a delicious fresh roasted aroma and a rich, smooth depth of taste. There is an earthy freshness about it. I paired it with Matcha Senbei, delicious! I find this to be a great way to slow the pace of a busy day and relax.
