Matcha Affogato (House Matcha / Matcha Culinary)

A very easy, tasty dessert... ice cream with hot Matcha!
For Matcha Affogato, we highly recommend using our House Matcha and Matcha Culinary.


How to make Matcha Affogato ---

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of Matcha
100ml boiled water
vanilla ice cream – use as much as you want! (we make 1/2 cup ice cream for 1 person)

First make Matcha

  1. Sift the Matcha for a more mellow flavor.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon of Matcha into a small bowl.
  3. Pour 100ml of boiled water into the bowl and mix well.
  4. Place 1/2 cup of ice cream into a tea cup or dessert cup.
  5. Pour the Matcha on top.
This recipe makes 2 servings of Matcha Affogato.
