If you drink green tea all your waking day then this is the tea to drink after 3PM when you want to reduce your caffeine intake so you get a great nights sleep.
Even if you brew it with too hot a water temperature it doesn't make you drowsy like chamomile tea. I remain mentally alert until I decide I wish to sleep.
The brewing recommendations on the site do make a positive difference, so I would recommend following those instructions.
