I am always looking forward to the year's shincha matcha. It is delightfully refreshing and its unique flavour makes it really feel like spring. It is even more special knowing it marks this time of year.

Tis is my favourite gyokuro. It really does taste refreshing with a sweeter flavour and a lot of umami in the scent.

Absolutely delicious! This shincha does have a very mellow and sweet taste with less astringency than I am used to. The beautiful green colour is calming and makes for a fantastic tea time.

This offering is quite different from the fukamushi sencha I usually drink. It absolutely has an aroma that reminds me of the Uji region of Kyoto and is refreshingly astringent. Highly reccomended!

Fukamushi sencha is my favourite variety, and this one did not disappoint! Has an even fresher taste and greener colour, and is the best thing to have in the morning.

Delicious shincha with a fresh and different taste than what I usually purchase! I would definitely try this one again!
