Review I decided to order the Kuradashi Matcha to try something in addition to the competition grade matcha that I always drink. Opening the pouch of the Kuradashi this week was a treat. The fragrance was amazing, just as described in the Hibiki-An newsletter. The taste is quite different than the competition grade matcha. It tastes like autumn, darker, deeper tones, full-bodied. The competition grade matcha tastes like the days between spring and summer, lighter and more green like new growth of leaves. The Kuradashi is perfect as winter begins to set in. Enjoy!
