I'd like to add a picture to my first review below. I Love this bowl and use it only for the highest grades of Matcha from HIBIKI-AN. In this photograph I had prepared the 2013 Kuradashi Matcha Pinnacle. It froths up wonderfully easily and does not settle to the bottom unpleasantly even when made quite thickly. Thanks again for offering the large bag of this subtle, mellow, sweet Kuradashi!  |
