Although I started with Matcha Premium, I decided to give the House Matcha a try since I'm a big drinker. All I can say is that even though it is a lot cheaper, it still performs! I tend to put more powder, about 5g in 120ml of water. This gives me a slightly thicker tea, with a smooth and mellow taste, and good mouth feel. |
