Hibiki-An has the most wonderful matcha, and the Kuradashi is an excellent example. To me, the Kuradashi's most notable difference, compared to other matcha I have tried, is a light, nutty flavor. It is neither too subtle nor overwhelming. It provides just enough of a nutty, delicious, unique addition to the flavor profile as to be a real treat! I will definitely look forward to ordering it again in the future and highly recommend it to any matcha drinker who wants a high quality, delicious matcha with a unique flavor profile. Enjoy! |
