| Review | I'm a regular customer of Hibiki-an. Their 'Match Super Premium' is one of the better quality matcha teas that I've had. It has a bright green colour with a subtle flavour and no bitterness. The fine stone grind allows it to blend well, with no grit remaining in the bowl, as is often the case with lower quality matcha. Highly recommended. |
