Review Very good. Definitely different from normal sencha. The characteristic bite/bitterness is still there, but somehow changed...almost a spice flavor to it. Hard to describe, but enjoyable. Underneathe the spicey overtones is a wonderful, smooth, sweet cup of sencha.
