Review This tea is more smooth and not as bitter as the other teas (leaves) I ordered but the bitterness never bothered me. I drink tea for its benefits. If someone told me "XYZ" tea is the best for health benefits but taste the worst, I d still drink it for my health which I value the most. I'm very satisfied with this tea and can tell the difference between Kuradashi and the normal methods. I drink tea for its health benefits and would like to know if one method of processing tea is better than another method? I recommend ordering different types of teas to try and deciding which is best for anyone. I personally like trying the teas throughout the year and so far enjoy all but my favorites are Matcha and blended Gyokuro/Sencha, last is Houjicha but thats an everyday tea so its easiets to drink and not bitter at all. I'm a customer for life with Hibiki-an and look forward to the limited blended teas in the future.
