Learning to adjust temperatures and timings while brewing teas has been an ongoing challenge. Following the many guidelines offered on Hinniki-An website and learning the experience of others here I am finding the suitable complexities of teas for my own personal appeal. I still prefer temperatures a bit on the warmer side. So borrowing info from the reviews here I find one collegues second flush recipe for Sencha Pinnacle as a rewarding first flush for myself 167 F for 70 seconds. The aroma and flavor is sensational from this hand picked cultivar. Notebly the best cup of tea that I have ever tasted. |
