Wonderful tea with a distinct immediate mellow taste, note of roots, medium astringency, less "joyful" and less sweet than Fukamushi, but with special own character. Rich, long aftertaste, very refreshing, deep (tend-to-yellowis) color. It was worthwhile to wait for a year for this Shincha. Very recommended for the new as well as experienced Japanese tea lovers!  |
