Shincha Traditional 2021 This Sencha has a very nice aroma. Its unami is rich and mellow as one would expect from a high quality Sencha, tending toward some sweetness with the Uji Koyoto astringency (bitterness) balanced nicely on the other side. For me the flavor is peak when brewing the first flush at water temperature of 170F for 1 minute. Buy some before the limited supply runs out..!!! |
