Review Probably my single favorite green tea, I wish this was available all year long. Usually I brew it at lower temperatures similar to gyokuro for a smoother taste, but this can also be made more astringent at higher temps. Both are very enjoyable, so you can't go wrong. The leaves also smell amazing, very high quality for the price. Cheers!
