| Review | Fukamushi Sencha is one of my all-time favorites, if not THE favorite Japanese green tea. I love the sweetness and complexity of the deeply steamed leaves. This is an unbelievable price for such high quality tea. I've gotten as many as 5 good steeps out of this tea using the method of short brew times after the initial steep (just a few seconds for steeps 2-3, then increase to about 10-15 seconds for 4th, and back to 45 seconds for 5th). Highly recommend! |
