I have been drinking green tea for many years. In the past, I purchased green tea from local markets and a variety of US internet sites. Unfortunately, these sources have not provided me with what I believe is a good quality tea. In some cases, I didn't believe the tea I purchased was actually green tea! I accidently come across Hibiki-An when surfing the internet. And, I must say I am very happy I found them. The quality of their tea is truly excellent. I have tried most of the green tea avalable by Hibiki-An and they are first rate. As example, the organic sencha premium is truly superb. Taste is exemplary without even being bitter if steeped for longer that normal. I can honestly say I will be purchasing their tea for the rest of my life :).
