| Review | Have tried all the Matcha varieties except the House Matcha and so far this Matcha Superior is what I am looking for based on flavor profile as it is balanced with butter-like umami mouthfeel. This is the best matcha for USUCHA drinker as it has no bitterness at all if that I find it even more pleasant followed with slight creamy cocoa taste (even the powder smelled like milky cocoa). I even bought some matcha from a popular teashop in Kyoto and I have to say with my gratitude that both are delicious in quality but Hibiki-An has both quality and VALUE I desire for my everyday Matcha needs without breaking the bank!
