Review I just recently bought the Gyokuro Premium and I am really impressed. It has such a smooth taste and works well with multiple brewings.
I have been experimenting with multiple brewings of your Gyokuro Premium and what I have discovered is that if I brew the first two pots for about 2 minutes each at about 140 degrees (F), and a third for about 2 minutes at about 180, I have really liked the results.
