Review I was totally awe struck by the beauty and elegance of this teacup. For the first couple of hours of its arrival. I could only look with admiration. It was enough. Then this morning I brewed my first pot of sencha fukamushi premium and that's when its beauty really shined! The gentle blue glaze brought out the deep green color of the sencha. As I held the smooth surface of this work of art and gazed at the lovely MISHIMA artwork I truly had a most delightful profound tea moment. And yes, the thickness of the glaze does keep tea warmer longer.
Please send my regards to Mr.Kawashima who has worked so hard in creating such a masterpiece. I love my new yunomi!
