Review Sakura Monaka has a genmai smoky roasted smell and is stuffed with bean paste. In my opinion the filling looks a bit different than in the picture, it is not as pink and hardly tastes like anything. It might be popular with somebody who prefers bean paste texture. I appreciate the quality and craftmanship on this wafer but the taste is not for me. :)
