Review Hibiki-an Organic Matcha Super Premium is the best quality matcha and my personal preference.
I prefer the organic style over the regular for many reasons.
First and foremost it is free of any/all artificial growing fertilizer possibly containing pesticides and the like which earns it the organic title.
Secondly I believe this matcha to be the highest quality matcha from Japan.
