Texture wise is very light and airy in crispness. I find the green okra has the lightest crunch factor, and red beet has the most dense crunch from the rest. Taste wise is very natural in its mellow flavor. They are only lightly salted so no to overwhelm or overshadow the natural flavors. I find the yellow sweet potato to be the nicest with its hint of sweetness. Overall, a pleasant snack to have around. Its light savoriness maybe best as an accompaniment to Japanese green teas. Suitable for all ages in my opinion.  |
