Houjicha Karigane is the outlier of Japanese teas, there is nothing quite like it. The aroma is what you will notice first, it’s pleasant, it lingers and is almost reason enough to buy the tea. The robust flavor of the tea is deeply satisfying, sort of a sweet roasted breakfast tea. This is a perfect everyday tea to be enjoyed anytime. Try a cup, relax, and savor.
