I've been daily drinking this sencha for 3 years after many years of finding the best. I've since tried many sencha's and Hibiki-An is still the best I've found. I highly recommend the Sencha Premium level as it is the right balance of elegance and substance but it's a good idea to try all the different levels of quality as well as gyukoro and fukamushi. Hibiki-An is also unique in the special products they offer. I am trying Tencha this morning and it's something I've never seen elsewhere. I'll be buying Kuradashi today. I'm so impressed by Hibiki-An I plan to visit them in Kyoto or hopefully their farm one day. Best ever, give it a try! |
