| Review | A very fine and pleasant organic sencha. I go out of my way to find good organic teas, and in my opinion Hibiki-an supplies some of the best. This tea really must be very close to the style of tea that was drunk in Japan before the use of modern agricultural methods. I am happy to support such a company and am sure I will continue to do so. Hibiki-an's Organic Sencha Superior makes a delightfully balanced, elegant cup that supplies a comforting, soothing, slightly grassy flavor with a surprising and delightful after-sweetness. This tea will become one of my standard orders when I do business with Hibiki-an in the future. |
