I waited several years to try Hibiki-an's genmaicha b/c this type of tea is usually rather low quality. But Hibiki-an uses a delicious grade of tea, and b/c the rice isn't over-roasted, the mix has a natural nutty flavor. It's a must-have for me now.
NB you can steep this tea 4 or more times. You can also brew hot--to capture the rice flavor--then cool or pour over ice. Excellent.
