It can take many weeks to fully dig a KUZU root out from the soil, and it takes 10 kg of KUZU root to make only 1 kg of KUZU Starch through a skilled process. KUZU Starch Japanese Polvoron is a gluten-free Polvoron made from such rare and unique Japanese KUZU Starch and Rice.
