My favorite morning tea!
I use the leaves 5 times: I brew the tea three times as recommended (80 degrees C, 1 min each) - each brew is excellent and refreshing for all senses! Then 2-3 min for the 4th brew, sometimes adding a piece of fresh ginger - makes a refreshing cold drink in the afternoon or with a meal. And after that I finally dry the leaves (it takes 2 - 3 days to dry them properly), collecting them for later use in my compost. (They could go directly into the compost wet, of course, but I prefer to be able to add them as dry material at the time of my choice and to have a larger quantity available)
