The Organic Super Premium matcha is a great deal. I tend to have matcha most afternoons, so buying the large refill is a good way for me to save some money on high quality tea. It froths up well and is mellow with a slight bitterness on some days, which I enjoy. Fun...(more)

I do love these higashi. They melt in your mouth with just the right amount of sweetness. My tea guests, not that I have many, do remark on their design as well as taste.

I look forward to late May when the shincha matcha is available; it is so good. Very mellow and tastes like springtime. I liken it to the competition grade, but the price is much less. I highly recommend it.

Pretty great matcha. Mild, but with character. This is my everyday meditation tea. Not overly bitter, like some other brands. I recommend it both for formal chanoyu and for personal consumption.
