Review	I received this Shincha Matcha a few weeks ago and have had some time to make it and drink it a few times. I find it very mellow with a taste that brings Spring to mind. I know everyone is different, but there was no detectable bitterness to my sense of taste. We had a few very hot days here in Boston, so I prepared it cold with ice. Very refreshing with its mild taste. The guests really appreciated it. A note about foam. I am used to preparing tea with small bubbles of foam covering the top. This matcha was easier than some teas to do that with hot water. It is a bit harder when preparing iced tea, but that is okay. Maybe someday I will learn how to do that, as well. ;-) Dave
