Review	I would also agree with the comment before that brewing Sencha Fukamushi Superior longer than 40 seconds doesn't make the tee much bitter. It is just important that the water is not too hot. I really enjoy this tea and I can just recommend it! Richard Pavlic Croatia/Italy
