I would also agree with the comment before that brewing Sencha Fukamushi Superior longer than 40 seconds doesn't make the tee much bitter. It is just important that the water is not too hot. I really enjoy this tea and I can just recommend it! Richard Pavlic Croatia/I...(more)

This Kuradaschi Sencha really surprised me with its flavor. I have ordered it together with collection of other Hibiki-an sencha and gyokuro teas and I must say that they are much better than any other green teas I have used until now. Richard Pavlic Croatia/Italy
