  | These little crackers are visually appealing and taste delicious! Each one tastes different from the next...you have sweet and salty together in one package, melt-in-your-mouth to crunchy textures.
I love the shapes and colors and how pretty they look on my tea plate....(more)

  | I was introduced to houjicha tea when I lived in Japan.
As a restaurant owner told me, "It is good for older people and children" due to the low caffeine. I love the nutty flavor, the distinct aroma and of course, the low caffeine!

  | I am a fan of any matcha confection. These matcha senbei are not too sweet and do not overwhelm the palate. I enjoy them with a cup of houjicha. They are very delicate, so handle carefully.

  | Light, airy and delicious. Nice matcha flavor in a delightfully light crepe filled with matcha creme. I like to have one while enjoying a cup of houjicha.

  | This is my favorite cookie from Hibiki-an. It's a perfect balance between sweet and salty. The cookie has a nice crunch but also melts in your mouth. I just have to be careful to not to eat them all at once!
