Review	Never having tasted tencha, I wanted to try for some time. I was pleased when hibiki-an had it available to purchase. It is very unique, mellow, gently green flavor, with what I describe has hint of a toasted flavor. And I like the change of leaf shape - from the usual thin needle to the large flake. A chinese friend can read the kanji on the package, and he translates it as saying "the best" :)
