Review	Well, if you are reading my review, you probably know very well what gyokuro is, and why it costs that much. I am going to share my personal experience with this wonderful treat. It came in a golden colored bag, just like regular gyokuro pinnacle. The smell is very pleasant "Gokou gyokuro smell". The leaves are not broken, which should result in very lightly colored tea liquor, providing the leaves are not stirred during brewing. First brewing: 4g per 40g of 50C (122F) water for 2 min. Result: very lightly colored tea liquor with a very nice Gokou smell. Absolutely no bitterness. The taste was not too sweet, not too dry, just right with nice umami. Second brewing for 30 seconds tasted very similar to the first one with a bit less umami. I did not do any more brewing and made salad from used leaves: was pretty crunchy and tasty I felt caffeine and theanine doing their "magic" few minutes after drinking the first cup. It lasted for good 4 hours.
