Review I love Hibiki-An organic matcha- and enjoyed creating this recipe for The Clever Kitchen using it.
This is a refreshing summer smoothie for breakfast.

Strawberry, Basil and Green Tea iced Latte

3/4 cup cooled green tea (brew for 10 minutes then set aside to cool)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana (freeze the day before – without the skin!)
1 cup fresh strawberries (stalks removed)
1 cup ice
1/2 vanilla bean powder or essence
3 basil leaves
1 tsp raw honey

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender and serve immediately
