Review	The Shincha Fukamushi is a wonderful companion to the traditional Shincha! Comparing the two, the Fukamushi has less complexity but a fuller, "rounder" mouth feel. Where there are faint notes of floral in the standard Shincha, the Fukamushi has more straight up sweetness. It also has more astringency at the end of the taste, but at no point did I find this to be unpleasant or overwhelming. It is actually a nice follow-up to the sweetness. I definitely recommend this one to alternate with the Shincha traditional, as it is distinctly different due to the Fukamushi process. If you get both you can give your palate a "reset" and have these on different days.
