This is very delicious, strong tea. It has all the qualities of sencha such as Sweet, grassy, and herbally. Except with a bold mineral taste that's filled with a bittersweet buttery flavor. The leaves are very, very broken up, it's something I recently learned when trying fukamushi sencha.
