This gyokuro delivers a stronger bouquet of flavors than the other gyokuro teas I have had, with clear umami and floral flavor notes. I also tried the karigane version, which was similar to the other gyokuro I have tried, especially from Ippoddo, and that seemed to have only one mild umami flavor note. |
