Review	Appearance is a bright matcha green in color. Taste is mildly sweet with just a hint of matcha tea bitterness, but there is only a mild aroma of matcha presents. It gives a nice snap to the bite with its crispy texture, making it addictive. A type of snack that can easily be consumed with or without tea, and gone very fast. Most people would probably enjoy this with Matcha tea, however, if to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to tea I find it best paired with steamed green teas as the matcha senbei flavor compliments the umaminess of those green teas.
